IMSP is implemented in four phases and can be adapted by modules to suit the unique needs of each company and its products.

Analysis and strategy

In the initial phase, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of the organisation, both internally and externally, to define the ideal customer, buyer personas, value proposition and competition, as well as identify current commercial resources, among other key aspects.

Based on this analysis, we design a strategy focused on optimising the key stages of the sales funnel, incorporating digital marketing automations and improvements in areas such as brand positioning and the commercial process.

Design and Implementation

Once the strategy is defined, we initiate a design process that establishes the processes and details the actions needed to execute it. We create diagrams showing the workflows, integrating manual and automated actions.

Prior to the implementation phase, we train all parties involved to ensure that they understand their tasks and can carry them out properly.

Execution

In this phase, we start operations following the previously defined and implemented strategy. We initiate the manual tasks assigned to the relevant personnel and activate the automated processes configured using digital marketing tools.

We periodically review the elements of the strategy, focusing on those that have been impacted or are not working as expected.
